I recently attended the SSIP launch and net Prof Rudi Klein.

He siad he was interested in my views about including the requirement for and individual construction worker to have Asbestos Awareness Training in the timeline at the back of the Regs (i KNOW its a legal requirement under CAR 2006 Reg 10).

BUT I thought this site would be a good place to ask you all....

What changes would ask to be made to the CDM Regs?

Dont be shy..go for it

Good morning Craig, welcome to the board.  How are things with you?  Last I heard you were with Monaghans - is this still the case as I know they had a bit of a shake up when Erinaceous went bang?

Regards

Andy

I trust your well Mr Newsham.

I got laid off as a Project Manager earlier in the year, well after the Erinaceous tits up. I work for a contractor in Sheffield called Management Cubed undertaking general H&S and a bit of PM, etc. A good job that allows me to be involved in lots of areas. I dont like being tied to one discipline. I take it you 'orrible lot are well?
